I gotta say, I got amazing value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable with a nice retro feel, and boy, that balcony with a view to the snowy forest was something! The location was great, not too far from the center, and the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism.

The location was good for traveling around Bratislava, very close to the center of Bratislava. I greatly enjoyed the room with a working table. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The friendly and helpful front desk staff, along with the 24-hour reception, made our stay super convenient. The fact that parking was free and there were plenty of spaces was a huge bonus. Our room was cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Plus, the free wi-fi, luggage storage, and elevator were much appreciated. The VIP check-in/-out made us feel like important guests. And for those who are sensitive to it, the hotel's no pets allowed and no smoking policy ensured a clean and fresh environment throughout our stay.
